Can more than one team register from the same hospital?
No, only one team should register per hospital. If your hospital is already registered, we suggest contacting the local lead for your site.
Is there already a team registered from my hospital?
Before registering, it is useful to check if there’s already a participating team from your hospital.
You can search for your hospital on our world map. If your hospital is registered, contact our team at info@plotich.org and we will put you in touch with the local lead for your site.
Who can join a local team?
Each local team can be made of up to four people. The local team must be a fully qualified doctor who is currently employed at the registered hospital. The other team members can be other doctors, healthcare professionals or students.
When does each hospital’s study period start?
Each hospital can choose a 30-day study period after the study has been registered locally.
Your study period will start at 00:00 on the day that you have selected your inclusion period to start.
Your study period will end at 23:59 on day 30.
All patients who present with spontaneous intracranial haemorrhage within this time period should be included in the study.
Can we choose more than one 30-day study period?
No, each hospital can only choose one 30-day study period. This is to ensure each participating hospital is represented equally. If you need to change your study dates after registering, please contact us at info@plotich.org.

Will I receive training as part of this study?
We will provide online materials and training for all collaborators to ensure that the study is completed successfully.
How will I know how the study is progressing?
All collaborators will receive regular study updates via our social media platforms and in the form of a study newsletter. At the end of the study, data will be published and all collaborators will be citable authors.
