Joining the PLOT-ICH study is simple! Follow the steps below to get started.
Enquire about participating by filling out the Expression of Interest Form. The PLOT-ICH team will ensure you have all the required documents and information to proceed.
Form a Local Study Team.
Complete the Study Registration Form to register your institution with PLOT-ICH.
Obtain the local Study Approvals and sign the Data Transfer Agreement.
Obtain access to the Secure Data Platform, Orion.
Choose your 30-day Study Period for data collection.
Begin data collection & validation.
